Outline

We are currently developing a range of four workshops which cover key areas of deep skills developments. These are five hour workshops with two hours covering the core theory in the area, followed by two hours of practical hands-on experiment in key areas, along with a one-hour guest speaker.

Workshop 1: Cryptography Fundamentals

This is a five-hour online workshop with a two-hour lecture, two-hour hands-on practical session, and one hour from a guest speaker. The content of this workshop will cover symmetric key encryption, public key encryption, key exchange methods, digital signatures, and digital certificates.

Workshop 2: Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Digital ID

This is a five-hour online workshop with a two-hour lecture, two-hour hands-on practical session, and one hour from a guest speaker. The content of this workshop will be cryptocurrency, blockchain methods (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Hyperledger), and applications.

Workshop 3: AI and Cyber

This is a five-hour online workshop with a two-hour lecture, two-hour hands-on practical session, and one hour from a guest speaker. The content of this workshop will be a coverage of the latest methods in AI applied to cybersecurity, along with the usage of privacy-aware ML.

Workshop 4: Future Cryptography and PQC

This is a five-hour online workshop with a two-hour lecture, two-hour hands-on practical session, and one hour from a guest speaker. The content of this workshop will be a coverage of the latest methods in PQC and in privacy-aware systems (such as homomorphic encryption and ZKP).
